Yes that is what I have been doing painful especially when you don't know if it is an object or object group.

so you constantly need to type show run object id .. or change it to object-group

Hi Guys,

When you do show nat or show run access-list it is a nightmare to trace objects and object groups. Is there a way to see the resolved object when running show nat ?

or show an object group?

with acl, I do show access-list x rather than show run access-list x

regards

Hi,

I am afraid that there is no direct way for looking at objects or object group in nat statement. You need to use 'show run object id' or 'show run object-group id' to resolve those objects.

Hope it clarifies your doubt.

Regards,

Hi,

Yes, I understand your concern. However this is how it is programmed to show. There might be some going on this in the background.
