Hi everyone,

i just have a problem with the CX reauthentication: wenn i login with one AD Account and also use the one to get the Internet, and i logout and use other AD Account, i get no new authentication for Internet, wenn i start the Firefox, and i see every Internet session is with the first AD Account.

How can i configure the CX for reauthentication every time, wenn i change the user account?

Regards

Robin

Your CX is probably using CDA

Your CX is probably using CDA to map IP addresses to AD usernames and thus apply the appropriate policy and accounting of the connection activity.

CDA is not a real-time system but is querying AD periodically to update the mapping. Check your CDA setting (reference) to verify.

Hi Marvin,

thanks for your reply. We use the Prime Security manager to control the CX. CDA is like one more manager just for connection between AD and CX... is there any possibility to configure this with Prime Security?
