run a capture on your firewall while generating traffic to see if you are receiving any return, also run packet-tracer to make sure acl/nat is ok.

you may also need to run a trace from source to destination and back to see if theres a problem along the path

last thing when you run the capture also make sure the vendor runs a capture to make sure the traffic is getting there.

Specific website unavailable over port 8/443

All

My company was previously able to communicate/access a “vendors” website using a browser over port 80/443 using my Production network link

My company is large and we communicate with hundreds maybe more websites over port 80/443.

I have an ASA 5550 and my own external ip range.

Something changed and now I can no longer access the “vendors” their site. This is the only site I am having trouble getting to, that I know of.

When I traceroute to their website, I get stopped at “vendor” firewall, per the vendor tech team. They advise me, my company is the only company having trouble accessing their website.

I can access the website using my iphone and VZ

I can access their website using my Guest wireless which has its own WAN connection out Cable provide.

I do have a Websense -I asked that team to check and they reported that websense sees this connection as "“uncategorized” in websense, meaning it is not being blocked.

It is also not being blocked on Checkpoint.

I called AT&T to see if they were blacklisting" our external IP. Not sure why they would but it was suggested and I had run out of ideas. I was advised by AT&T that the vendor would need to oppen the tckt as they had an AT&T circuit. The vendor so far has been unwilling to open tckt with AT&T.

What else can I look at on my end to determine cause and implement solution?
