asa and ipbx omni alcatel

Hello

I have ipx connected to router and then to asa but unable to access to console soft on inside to view the statistics manager call

Asa=======router=====ipbx

Pc ====== wifi (on network inside 192.168.1.1) is unable to access console statistics manager

Asa: inside 192.168.1.1

Router: 192.168.1.254 connected to eth3 same subnet as ASA

Ipbx connected to router 172.16.1.254

I have configured vlan 1 as inside

Vlan 2 as outside connected to another provider router

Vlan 3 with ip address 172.16.1.253

When i did test from pc console on inside, i can ping the router 192.168.1.254 and ipbx 172.16.1.254 but unable to access to statistics manager with ip address 172.16.1.1
