Cannot see any debug message through SSH in ASA

Hi, I setup debug in failover ASA as below. I cannot see any debug message through SSH. Anyone can take a look at my config ? Thank you

logging on
logging console 7

Hi,

Remove this command:-

logging console 7

This and terminal monitor command is not needed on the ASA device to see debugs.

Just run the debugs and they should appear on the ASA SSH session.

Verification command:- show debug

Thank you so much for your reply. I did it based on what you said. But it still cannot work. Here is some commands:

act(config)# sh run logging
logging enable
logging timestamp
logging buffered notifications
logging asdm informational

act(config)# sh debug
debug icmp trace enabled at level 255

Hi,

I think this command that caused the logs to be sent on the session:-

logging console 7.

Can you reload this device and see of that resolves the issue ? Also , try to connect a cable to the console port and see if that resolves the issue as a workaround to clear the console buffer.
