Hi,

If the flash is corrupted on the ASA device , you should see some prompt on the Console.

I think if no console , you should proceed with the RMA of the unit through TAC.

Thanks and Regards,

Vibhor Amrodia

Hello Folks,

Anyone know if memory of a flash on ASA 5520 completely dead should I see anything when I'm connecting to console port ?

(at least initial boot message?). I have a unit it looks ok but zero output via console. Tried all speed setting same issue.

I think it hardware issue and I need to fix it myself.

Kind Regards,

MB
