I was wondering if anyone could tell me what this bundle includes with regards to subscriptions?

ASA 5506-X with FirePOWER Svcs. Chassis and Subs. Bundle

Does it include the URL, IPS and / or AMP subscriptions?

The part number that you provided, ASA5506-FPWR-BUN, already includes subscriptions for ASA firewalling, AVC, URL filtering, NGIPS and AMP. You can check this link for more information.

Yes, it also includes the same subscription as the first part number you provided. In addition, for the ASA5506-SEC-BUN-K9, it includes the Sec Plus license with High Availability context and more VLAN connections.

I am a bit confused as to what is included in the various SKU’s. Based on pricing on CDW, the price of a bare 5506-K9 is the same as one bundled with all the subscriptions (i.e. $711.99). Is the CDW site in error, or is this intended?

ASA5506-FPWR-BUN

This Bundle is a $0 SKU that makes it easier to include necessary hardware and subscription components for a ASA 5506-X FirePOWER system.

When you enter ASA5506-FPWR-BUN in CCW, it adds the ASA5506-K9 hardware as a line item,enabling you to select options such as SMARTnet term, power cable, and Security Plus license.

The BUN also enables you add the FirePOWER Subscription license to the configuration that best meets customer needs. A Subscription license is not included by default in the BUN. This is the same configuration method used with all ASA FirePOWER Services units.

Go ahead and enter a ASA5506-FPWR-BUN SKU into CCW and take it for a test drive. Then you can easily configure this and future orders.

See attached screen cap showing configurable items. Note that BUN does not initially include Services licenses.

Please read Mike Wenstrom's reply. He quite thoroughly explains what "ASA5508-FPWR-BUN" includes.

There is no hardware or software with that part number - it is merely a ordering SKU that prompts the reseller to include the correct components to create a complete parts list.

I try to buy from authorized reseller here, from where i purchased my device router too, actually they are charging me lot more than the comapny price, as they already charged me lot money in case of purchase my device too,

I dont want to buy again from them, Please advice me how i can buy directly from Cisco, i want to be a cisco partner as well, cause i am running here my company for Networking solutions and giving my services since 15years in this field, specially in Karachi. Pakistan.

I'm sorry but Cisco doesn't sell support services directly to consumers. You have to go via a reseller.

If none of the resellers in Pakistan meet your needs, you may be able to use one of the larger resellers with an Internet storefront like CDW.com.
