For each subnet you will have

For each subnet you will have a different HSRP or VRRP instance. So on a router

R1

interface g0/0.50

ip address 50.50.50.2 255.255.255.0

standby 1 ip 50.50.50.1

R2

interface g0/0.50

ip address 50.50.50.3 255.255.255.0

standby 1 ip 50.50.50.1

for each VLAN you would increment the standby X number.
