    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In case if you want to delete the specific lines on the existing access-list, you have to go line by line..... or through asdm you can do little easier....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in case if you want to delete the entire access-list then you can give no access-list &amp;lt;name&amp;gt; or clear configure access-list &amp;lt;name&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Karthik&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am in the process of cleaning up an ASA that has old access-list statements no longer needed. The problem seems to be&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;that there are 100 plus lines for a specific named acl. There are many of these named ACL's with 100 lines per name.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am hoping to not have to go line by line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise at your earliest convenience.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
