topic Cannot restart HTTP ASDM process on ASA in Network Security

I seem to have this strange problem with ASDM on one of my ASA5515's in the pair, the standby unit does not have the problem I am about to describe.

ASDM was working just fine then suddenly I am unable to connect to it on, only on the Primary, the Secondary works just fine. Port 443 is running.

bancroft@pc220:/$ telnet firewall.tech 443
Trying 192.168.87.1...
Connected to firewall.tech.
Escape character is '^]'.

Firefox, Chrome dont load the admin page on Linux or Windows

If I look at the process I see the http proceess running.

firewall/act/pri# sh processes | i http
Mwe 0x000056502667c725 0x00007f43017eca78 0x000056502dd3c7a0 1662 0x00007f43017dd030 56560/65536 emweb/https 216

However if I do, no http server enable The process continues to run. This is not the behaviour I see on a model ASA I have, there I have noticed that the PID will stop and start with the http enable command.

So I suspect that the https process is hung somehow. Is there a way I can kill it off ?
