No, 9.12 is not supported on your ASA 5510 hardware. The hardware is End of Life and no new firmware is produced for it. The latest firmware you can install is 9.1.7

If you want newer firmware, you'll need to replace your hardware - Firepower 1000 series for example.

Hi,

9.1.7 is the latest gold star release for the ASA 5510, try that. Download here.

HTH

The ASA 5510 and the corresponding firmware is EOL and end of software engineering. I would say that there is no stable release. Especially, there showed up severe security bugs in newer releases that were not fixed in the latest software for the 55x0. If you still use this device, you put your company at risk.
