    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have an ASA firewall that now when connected to the serial console I can see stops booting at the line:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 14px;"&gt;Cisco Systems ROMMON Version (1.0(12)13) #0: Thu Aug 28 15:55:27 PDT 2008&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything that can be done to resolve the issue or is it a new box required?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Matthew,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your time and the reply, I've checked the compact flash card and it looks as though everything is on there that should be, I don't actually think it's getting into ROMMON, it's just starting that process, no prompt comes up and I don't get to the bit where you can hit escape...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dave&lt;/P&gt;</description>
