Felipe:

Thank you for your reply. This look like the answer to my problem.

However it brings to light a couple of additional questions.

My CSC module version if 6.2.1599.0

The support link states it applies to version 6.6.1125.0

Can the 1145 patch be applied to version 6.2.1599.0 or do I need to upgrade to version 6.6.1125.0?

If I have to update can I update directly to 6.6.1125.0 from 6.2.1599.0?

Or do I have to do the CSC module version update in sequential order (there are about 15 updates)?

Any advice on this from you or other expert here would be appreciated.

Thank you for you assistance.
