Java /ASDM Issue

Hi Guys,

hope someone can help,

I currently hace a ASA 5505 with 8.4(7) software and ASDM 7.15 installed.

For love no money can I get the ASDM working on my pc, I am running windows 7 (64bit), I have installed java 6u33 which people seemed to have mentioned in other posts, I have tried on IE 11, Firefox 25.0.1 and also chrome.

I have been working on this all day without any success, I get to installing the software and it come swith java runtime not installed even when it is ,

any ideas, what little of my hair is now beginning to fall out !!.

1.Please give me the following:

"show run all ssl" from the ASA

2. try to access from teh launcher ? what do you get ?

3. when you access from the browser, put https://ASA_ADDRESS/admin

4. update java to version 7 update 40 and delete all other versions on the PC.

5. make sure that to disable the option 'Keep temporary files on my computer' on the Java Control Panel -> General -> Settings.
