Hi,

The configuration "object network " is only available from software level 8.3 (and newer)

The 8.2 and older softwares only have "object-group network <OBJECT-GROUP name="">"</OBJECT-GROUP>

The "object network " can contain "host" , "subnet" or "range"

The "object-group network <OBJECT-GROUP>" </OBJECT-GROUP>can contain "network-object host <IP>"</IP> or "network-object <NETWORK> <MASK>"</MASK></NETWORK>

So to my understanding there is no real option to specify a range of IP addresses in your software.

Option would be use to use multiple IP addresses under the same "object-group" or configuration small subnets under the "object-group" that match the address range needed.

- Jouni
