    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am Having cisco asa 5510 appliances with csc ssm module ssm-csc-10-k9. From last few days am facing the browsing problem and it happens twice in the week. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When the problems occur i am not able to browse any internet page but on the same time i am able to ping the internet sites. When i restarted the ASA device that time my problem goes resolved. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can any one help me what exactly issue that i am facing. Please suggets because i am in very trouble since this happens every week.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello Pramod,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This kind of issues that appear to be random are the more difficults to troubleshoots but that does not mean it cannot be resolved,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My recommendations as usual for this scenarios are:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Enable logging and send as much logs as possible to a syslog server so we can see the logs at the time of the issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Create captures on the ASA on both interfaces ( Inside/Outside) matching HTTP traffic from an specific source and make sure the ASA is the one causing the issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-What happens if you disable the CSC? does it work?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hey Man, remember to rate all of the helpful posts&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
