    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was there a particular reason you needed to change the IP address of the interface?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you do want to change the interface IP address you would have to remove the DHCP configuration of the interface for which you are trying to change the IP address for.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are 2 options&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Remove the DHCP configuration line by line with "no" parameter infront of the command&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Issue the command "clear configure dhcpd" to remove ALL DHCP configurations from the ASA&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then you are free to change the IP address of the ASA interface&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;And also make sure you have the configurations&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;http server enable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;http 172.16.1.0 255.255.255.0 &lt;INTERFACE nameif=""&gt;&lt;/INTERFACE&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So you can access the ASDM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Jouni&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
