      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We will need to know what service and ports are used by the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then you can configure and ACL and static nat to allow the connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can't get this information, then I would start setting up some captures on the ASA to try to find out the service/ports.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Example:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cap test interface outside match ip host source_IP host destination_IP&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Felipe. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i used the following&amp;nbsp; line command to nat the printing port: 9100&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN style="font-size: 10pt;"&gt;static (inside,outside) tcp outside_ip_address 9100 printer_ip_address 9100 netmask 255.255.255.255 &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and i used access lists&amp;nbsp; to autorise the connection between the distant server and the printer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
