telnet/ssh to ASA not working

I am not able to telnet or ssh to ASA running 8.2.5(33).

fw1# sh run | i telnet|ssh

aaa authentication ssh console ACS LOCAL

aaa authentication telnet console ACS LOCAL

aaa accounting telnet console ACS

aaa accounting ssh console ACS

telnet 149.77.0.0 255.255.0.0 inside

telnet timeout 5

ssh scopy enable

ssh 149.77.0.0 255.255.0.0 inside

ssh timeout 10

ssh version 2

I am able to ping inside interface of the ASA. Telnet gets stuck at Trying .... stage.

Removed/reapplied telnet/ssh config and now it works.
