topic ASA - snmp on multiples context in Network Security

Hi,

I am new with the ASA platform (my task being actually to monitor some fw) and I am reading the information provided by Cisco about the snmp, and for what I understand each context has is own snmp service. Furthermore the system context doesn't allow this service to run.

My question is, If you have the admin context with only the management interface (with access to our management network) defined; and two others contexts which are using the GI interfaces (with some vlans) but don't have access to the management network.

It is possible with snmp configured on the admin context to retrieve information about the interfaces in the others context ?

Thanks for your help,

Regards,

Xavier Delcour

No idea about it ? So the only option is to define a snmp by context ?

Thanks
