When I run the Upgrade software from Cisoc.com Wizard in ASDM i get this error:

You are not authorized to download encrypted software. Please register your self for this service.

CRYPTO_REQUEST_URL

And the browser open this page that does not exist.

https://www.cisco.com/cgi-bin/swc/front.x/Software/Crypto/crypto.cgi

Can somebody explain how I register my self for this service?

I have a guest account at cisco.com, and I have logged in and updated my profile information to make sure that is not the problem.

On http://www.cisco.com/en/US/applicat/cdcprof/applications_overview.html it says that my guest account should be enough:

"Download strong encryption software that doesn't require a service agreement"

Does this mean that the error message tries to tell me that I need to get a service agreement?

I want to upgrade from SAS 8.2(1) to 8.2(2) to get past this bug:

https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3235047

When I try to download the software from http://www.cisco.com/cisco/software/navigator.html it says that I need to have a valid Technical Support Services Agreement. This is only a maintance release so I should be able to upgrade with the upgrade wizard in ASDM, right?

show version gives:

Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance Software Version 8.2(1)

Device Manager Version 6.2(1)

Any help would be highly apprisiated.
