Context Problem in the ASA 5510

Hi, This is Ridhwan. Regarding ASA 5510 I created context.

example c1 and c2 and I added all interface to inside the context (c1, c2).

but I can't get security level command and nameif, vlan. I tryed all command but not coming i am using ver 7.2.

example....

Rack01ASA1(config)# mode multiple

Security context mode: multiple

Rack01ASA1(config)# admin-context admin

Rack01ASA1(config)# context admin

Rack01ASA1(config-ctx)# config-url flash:/admin.cfg

Rack01ASA1(config-ctx)# context c1

Rack01ASA1(config-ctx)# config-url flash:/c1.cfg

INFO: Creating context with default config

Rack01ASA1(config-ctx)# allocate-interface e0.2

Rack01ASA1(config-ctx)# allocate-interface e0.4

Rack01ASA1(config-ctx)# allocate-interface e0.3

Rack01ASA1(config-ctx)# config-url flash:/c2.cfg

WARNING: Could not fetch the URL flash:/c2.cfg

Rack01ASA1(config-ctx)# allocate-interface eth0.5

Rack01ASA1(config-ctx)# allocate-interface eth0.4

After that I can't go inside the contect c1 or c2

I can go to inside the inderface (eth0.4 or eth0.5) but i can't get this this command (nameif, vlan,security level)

so please advice me.

the vlan assignment you should do on the system context for each sub interface.

Does it give you an error message when you try to enter into the created context with

changeto context c1 command ?
