if I purchase ASA5510-SEC-BUN-K9 bundle, will I get two units or just one? In case of just one, what exact part no must I order in order to have two units in failover?

That is for just one ASA. It depends on what type of failover you are trying to do. Active/Active or Active/Passive.

let's say I want active/passive. So I just order another unit with same hw but with no licences?

You would also need at least a failover license.
