      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The ASA's will eventually replace the PIX. I would suggest the ASA5505 because a PIX 501 only supports the 6.x code and the ASA will support the newer code and will provide a longer product life.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HTH and please rate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Definitely ASA because PIX is going to reach End of sale status... &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PIX 501 can run only 6.x code and 6.x  is not maintained anymore &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ASA 5505  can run 7.x so you can have latest updates &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ASA has also more interfaces&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;M.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
