Unable to use WinSCP with FP4110 and FX-OS 2.2

Attempting to pull down a tech support tar from a troubled appliance. Able to login with SSH, but unable to use WinSCP to connect to the local OS. It must be an FX-OS issue, because I can use WinSCP to access the FMC, but not the FP appliances. Firewalls show no denies, and even a local direct connection failed.

I'm new to Cisco, especially FX-OS, so please don't roast me. 😉
