I have a customer who's having issues with her new Cisco firepower device. Windows is clustering and SQL AGs are going up and down. Can anyone offer advice on troubleshooting?

Since you're a Cisco employee

Since you're a Cisco employee, why not advise your customer to open a service request with Cisco TAC?

Production network issues are best handled by TAC as they can work with the customer in real time and resolve the issue more quickly. If escalation is needed they can accommodate that.

The free Cisco Support Community (here) is a best effort support done by individuals on a volunteer basis.
