Survey on a web portal - ISE

Hi everybody. Long time ago since my last time on this forum. I'm needing a hand with a topic we want to implement in our company. We got an ISE and have configured Guest portals for web authentication on several Wireless LANs. We want to make a survey to know how the users feel the performance of the WIFI service, and would like to create that survey on the web portal before the user is authenticated. We don't know if it is possible, and will apprecciate if anybody can help us whit this.

You can't do that on default guest portal, but you could create a new page, with everything you need and then upload it to ISE.

Other option is let the portal on a external server, and just send the authentication to ISE.
