topic Unable to add ISE as a mitigation device... in Network Security

Hi All,

I am using ISE 2.1 along with Stealthwatch 6.7.1

I am working on configuring the ISE and Stealthwatch integration, referring the document, https://communities.cisco.com/community/technology/security/pa/ise/blog/2016/06/26/ise-21-and-stealthwatch-integration-via-self-sign-certs

Was able to complete the steps till the addition of Mitigation nodes.. that is where its throwing the error, stating: "The connection to the ISE mitigation node(s) has failed. Please ensure the IP address is correct and the ISE mitigation node(s) is available on the network."

I have made configuration of DNS entries, time sync, verified the reachability between ISE and Stealthwatch.

Not sure what I am missing here and where to move ahead, any pointers or has anyone faced this similar issue?

Thank you,

Hello,

Which license do we need in Stealthwatch 6.7.1 to intigrate it with ISE as for me it says you need additional license

Yes, you do need another license to allow to integrate it to ISE;

The license is just named as ISE, that is what I see in the license details as well...
Attached is the image
