      <title>FWSM stopped working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; i have a customer having 2 FWSM installed in VSS 6509&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;he&amp;nbsp; was not able to access them , on same time communication between clients and Database behind firewall was disconnected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;he Reload both FWSM module in sequence resolve the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i need to investigate and trouble shoot what causes this issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what loging i need how can i investigate in thie problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;model WS-SVC-FWM-1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HW 4.5 FW 7.2(1) SW 4.1(7)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
