&lt;P&gt;Talk to vendors, has been updated IPS version 7.3 (5p1).&lt;BR /&gt;However, the event is continuing.&lt;BR /&gt;So, try a subscription license re-adding of IPS,&lt;BR /&gt;Let's aim to improve the event.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;evError: eventId=1469862497390002553 vendor=Cisco severity=error &lt;BR /&gt; originator: &lt;BR /&gt; hostId: IPS-HO &lt;BR /&gt; appName: mainApp &lt;BR /&gt; appInstanceId: 27396 &lt;BR /&gt; time: Aug 01, 2016 19:00:04 UTC offset=300 timeZone=GMT+05:00 &lt;BR /&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;errorMessage: ASD AutoUpdate - The json response obtained from GET Software Image by UDI is invalid name=errUnclassified&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Well, i got rid of it.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;for anyone who faces the same issue in future,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;i re-add&amp;nbsp;the IPS services subscription for the respective device in cisco license portal and now auto update is working fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
