Hi Bro

The Cisco IOS Embedded Event Manager (EEM) is a unique subsystem within Cisco IOS software ONLY. The Cisco ASA has no scripting capability built into its’ software image.

However, it’s possible to send automated CLI commands to the Cisco ASA using the Expect Scripting from a Linux O/S machine. Click on this URL for a sample script http://www.stellarise.com/post/shell-script-backup-cisco-asa-5505-0

P/S: If you think this comment is useful, please do rate them nicely 🙂
