      <title>CSA MC license problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have purchased VMS unrestricted and we have received 2 PAKs: one for Common Services and one for the agents bundle. We don´t have any for the CSA MC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When we try to introduce the agents license in CSA MC we get an error: The version of Flexlm file is newer than the system one and the license is not recognized.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do we need another license for the CSA MC? How to resolve the problem of Flexlm file version?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The licenses listed look like this:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; License Status&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; Management Center for Cisco Security Agents&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; Cisco Security Agent Profiler&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; Desktop Agent &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; Desktop Agent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; Desktop Agent&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; Desktop Agent   &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; Server Agent   &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
