Hi

I'm using CW/VMS installed in two Windows servers, one with CSA MC and the other with SecMon, and each server is protected with its own Security Agent.

Now I want to use a bigger machine for SecMon. Before uninstalling SecMon and CW Common Services and reinstalling them in the new PC, I uninstalled the Security Agent.

The CSA MC seems not to be notified about this unistallation. The Status Summary view keeps on showing the same number of agents. The Hosts screen maintains the SecMon machine.

Fourty minutes later, the CSA MC changed the state of the agent to Not Active, but it still shows the same number of agents.

I supposed that during uninstallation the agent would contact the CSA MC and "return back" its license (just the opposite of the registering process that takes place while installing). Am I wrong?

How can I get back the license to install the agent in the new SecMon machine?

Thanks,

Javier
