Dear All ,
I used my Defense Center (version 5.4.1.3) today to upgrade 2 of our managed devices (sensors) from 5.3.0.7 to 5.4 but the upgrade failed on both devices at 7% with error "file integrity check failed" although one of them was upgraded yesterday from 5.3.0.5 to 5.3.0.7 successfully .The other one we tried to upgrade it from 5.3.0.5 to 5.4 directly .
Any idea ??

Hi Islam,

Hi Islam,

You question is 2 months old. So i guess it would already have been resolved.

I would try to answer it. You would need to look into /var/sf/upgrade directory/

and grep for error

grep ERROR FS_Check.log

and find out what exactly is the error causing this.

Normally we can use "

touch /.skip_fsic" to skip the file check and pass it but I would suggest check the error first and then contact support with all logs to see if its safe to skip it.
