Have you looked any any of the Cisco documentation? The configuration guide has very detailed information.

Also please see the labminutes guides on FirePOWER for some step-by-step videos.

Sourcefire User Guide is Very big,

Labminutes Video is good, but I need different deployment scenario ( inline, passive),

So that I need Videos about installation and deployment

It's not a video, but Cisco Live presentation, BRKSEC-2018 might be useful for you.
