Thanks for the reply, but we are in the process of purchasing the upgarde licence for a 10 user PIX to a unlimited user licence.

What I was after is the instructions on how to upgrade from a 10 user licence to unlimited user licence?

Can you help or point me to the correct documents.

Write to licensing@cisco.com with all your details like product key etc they will sort your request and provide the licence for you. Follow the links below.
