This was resolved after reinstalling the VM. 🙂 It was a fresh install and all I did was run the networking-configuration script. When I went to login, the login.cgi page whitepaged. You can see the errors in the previously attached image. I believe it missed some provisioning stuff when it was installed the first time.

Hi Marvin,

Any know issues on that? I had our FireSight v5.4 running on ESXi for a while now but suddenly I get the same error, no login prompt, just a blank screen,

Could you please let me know how to fix it?

Many thanks in advance.

Remi,

A TAC case is your best bet to dig into this in real time - it will get your issue resolved more quickly and directly.

The TAC team that handles FirePOWER is great - I've used them several times.

I followed your advise. Luckily I had a valid service contract for FireSight and already working with TAC on the issue.

Login issues may occur due to database issues. Reinstalling the VM will ofcourse resolve the issue but during reinstallation you will loose the existing configurations.

TAC will assist you with the database issues.

I am also facing the same issue but with Cisco FMC 2000 instead of VM. Has anyone faced similar issues with FMC 2000 instead of VM?
