      <title>IDSM-2 login issue</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Friends,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have IDSM-2 mod on 6509 chasis, till few days back we were able to ssh and login from switch to IDSM but from few days we are getting the below error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Disconnected. no supported authentication methods available&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(server sent: public key keyboard intercative)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note: no configuration has been changed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried changing the ssh client (scrt, putty) still no luck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ji Johan,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;IPS version is 7.0(8) E4 and putty version is 0.61and secure crt ver is 7.3.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got the access to IDSM module after restarting it but again I faced similar issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the module some times hangs and sometimes does not accepts logins. We get the access after doing reset of the module.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
