AIP SSM -10 Module disconnected

Dears,

My IPS is disconnected in IPS manager, there are no issues by accessing through ssh or telnet. I though that because of certificate expiry it is disconnected, i generated new certificate by "tls generate" command, but still the same,

Any other alternative i shld do, please suggest.

Check if Https is allowed,

Check if Https is allowed, ensure port is not blocked by any firewal.

I will elaborate more on my problem, Sometime it shows connected and sometimes it shows disconnected, I dont know why any suggestion please.
