      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my experience a good connection will have the flags UIO.&amp;nbsp; Which is the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;U = up&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I = inbound data&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;O = outbound data&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is good data communications inbound and outbound for this connection.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks and please rate helpful posts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kimberly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
