Cisco doesn't list a separate upgrade line item in their price list. They might give you a customer quote for one but they would rather steer you into just getting Smartnet coverage for a year. That will get you the ASA system software along with hardware support and would also entitle them to download AnyConnect client images.

To use Anyconnect Mobile for ASA-based VPNs (e.g. for iPhone, iPad, Blackberry or Android) you need to have it licensed in addition to at least AnyConnect Essentials on the ASA. That is a separately priced item, and both are about US$250 each list price. Part numbers are L-ASA-AC-M-5520 for Mobile and L-ASA-AC-E-5520= for the AnyConnect Essentials

Cisco Secure Desktop requires AnyConnect Premium license level on your ASA, as does clientless SSL VPN. You need to buy the Premium license according to how many clientless SSL VPN clients you need (10, 25,100 etc.). Part numbers are like "L-ASA-SSL-10" etc. The 10 user license is the entry level there and starts at US$1250 list price.
