Ran wireshark but could only see below packet for the destination (highlighted in blue)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I reinstalled the client but it doesnt help. it was working before.       <title>VPN Client unable to connect.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have a cisco asa 5505 on which we have setup a group VPN. The VPN connections from all cisco vpn clients works fine except one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The keep getting the below error &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"Secure VPN Connection terminated locally by the client.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Reason 412: The remote peer is no longer responding.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Connection Terminated"&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Not sure why only one client won't be able to connect. The version we are using is 5.0.02 for VPN client.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pratik,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;was it working at all ? or it just stopped working was working earlier? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it never worked then you might want to check there is on firwalling on the PC or any software that might prohibit the vpn client to establish a tunnel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, please check the profile(.pcf) file. compare it with other PC's and ensure all the details are the same.Also check basic routing (default gateway) and all is configured properly&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HTH&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kishore&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
