      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Symptoms appear consistent with hitting a fatal bug of some sort. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you checked the filesystems of the units to see if a crashdump was generated? You'll probably need to open a TAC case to get to the bottom of it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
