FWSM reset

Hi All

I have had a strange issue with a pair of FWSM's in 2 6500's, it seems there was a failover but both module's have been reset.

Does anyone know of any issues that would cause this issue, the software is 4.1(7) and no changes had been made for about 18 hours.

Symptoms appear consistent with hitting a fatal bug of some sort.

Have you checked the filesystems of the units to see if a crashdump was generated? You'll probably need to open a TAC case to get to the bottom of it.
