Hi Prashant,

Split tunnel is something which we use for remote access VPN client ,this only allows you speicified network to be tunneled . Those network traffic will go over tunnel and for internet local internet will be used . Dsisadvantage only i see company allowes full tunnel for some security purpose so that they can monitor the traffic.

Here is the config---

asa (config)#group-policy DfltGrpPolicy attributes

asa (config-group-policy)# split-tunnel-policy tunnelspecified

asa (config-group-policy)# split-tunnel-network-list value inside-network

inside-network is name of standard access-list in which you permit networks those will be allowed on tunnel.

Once user is connected to vpn in client software you can see routing for subnets.

Thanks

Ajay
