    <description>&lt;P&gt;when using the names/name command on the pix , i just read about a limitation of 16 characters in the "name"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-custom" href="http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/pix/pix61/command/reference/mr.html#wp1026003" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/security/pix/pix61/command/reference/mr.html#wp1026003&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;however .... this line from our current config would seem to argue otherwise!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;name xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx urlthatistwentyninecharacterslong.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my question is I've got a MUCH longer url i'd like to use with this dynamic nat&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;name yyy.yyy.yyy.yyy  urlthatisfiftysomeoddcharacterslong.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i'm afraid it will either just flat out not work or act funny....any advice?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we are working on upgrading to the new asa, but gotta keep this pix going until then&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you sure you are running version 6.1 of the PIX software?  &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In version 6.3 and above, the maximum character length with the name command is 63.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hope this helps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
