topic ASA Phone Proxy Setup Issue in Network Security

Hello,

It looks like The ASA is receiving TFTP packets from the CUCM out of sequence, or perhaps some data packets are being lost. I would suggest setting up captures on the ASA to confirm what the debugs are showing, as well as at various points in the network between the CUCM and the ASA to see if something is getting lost or incorrectly routed. If that doesn't help narrow it down, I would suggest opening a TAC case.

Hope that helps.

-Mike
