      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This logs means that the hold time expired so the hello packets are not being received, usually means multicast packets are missed-224.0.0.10)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would recommend you to try another cable because this ussualy is a phisical or congestion issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you try that and let us know the result, also if that does not help can you send us the following outputs:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Show ip EIGPR neighbors&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Debug EIGRP packet hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Julio&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
