Follow these steps &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) from enable mode do a "dir" on the pix. This should show you the image and it's location eg &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Directory of disk0:/&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5      -rw-  5437440     00:04:20 Jan 01 2003  asa704-k8.bin&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1334   -rw-  5958324     10:20:06 Mar 03 2006  asdm-504.bin&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;62947328 bytes total (51515392 bytes free)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) from enable mode &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;   copy disk0:/asa704-k8.bin t&lt;A class="jive-link-custom" href="ftp://" target="_blank"&gt;ftp://&lt;/A&gt;"tftp server address" &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Attached is a lin with full details: &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A class="jive-link-custom" href="http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6120/products_configuration_guide_chapter09186a0080450b92.html" target="_blank"&gt;http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6120/products_configuration_guide_chapter09186a0080450b92.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HTH &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Jon &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
