      <title>Pix config backup on TFTP server FAILED</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After changing the IP address of the TFTP server in my Pix config, the config backup on the TFTP server failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The error message displayed while trying to backup the running config via PDM is the following attached.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help please&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check that you have a route to the 10.x.x.x network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;==&amp;gt; show route&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Add a route to the 10.x.x.x network on the interface 1. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;route INTERFACE-NAME 10.x.x.x 255.x.x.x GATEWAY-IP &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then do a ping verify that route is working to the tftp server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sincerely&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Patrick&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
