pix snmp agent busy issue

My recently upgraded pix 525 (Version 7.1(2)) seems to have an issue with the snmp-agent, keeps flipfloppin this config.

- snmp-server host inside xxxxxxt community xxxxx

- snmp-server host inside xxxxx trap community xxxxxxx version 2c

- snmp-server location xx

- snmp-server contact xx

- !snmp-server community <removed>

- snmp-server enable traps snmp authentication linkup linkdown coldstart

- snmp-server enable traps syslog

+ SNMP agent module is currently busy. Please retry the 'snmp-server' command at a later time.

searched the tacs and this forum but we seem to be unique

any hints?

TRSMEDIA-BASE-MIB make SNMP agent busy. It takes a long time to come up, and after it comes up all the values are ERROR. The resolution is to reset the system.
